Like most vending operators, I started with Excel. Tracking inventory in one spreadsheet, commissions in another, expenses in a third. It was slow, clunky, and I was always one wrong formula away from disaster.
I searched everywhere for vending management software that actually understood our business. Everything I found was either built for massive distributors or just didn't get how operators actually work. So I said screw it, I'll build one myself.
What started as a simple commission invoice tracker slowly grew into something more. I kept adding features for my own needs: inventory tracking, expense logging, route planning. Then I showed it to a friend who also runs routes.
His reaction? "Dude, I need this." That's when I realized he wouldn't be the only one. So I decided to build it out properly and share it with the vending community.
