By accessing or using VendHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VendHub is a cloud-based vending machine management platform that provides:

• Inventory tracking and management
• Route planning and optimization
• Sales and commission tracking
• Client and location management
• Financial reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use VendHub, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit infringing content
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the platform

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into VendHub. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your important data
• Ensuring your data complies with applicable laws
• The accuracy of information you enter

7. Intellectual Property

VendHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fast Fuel Vending and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

VendHub integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Firebase for infrastructure). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Suspend service for emergency maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VendHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 30 days

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
